>>Orders within the US are shipped priority or first class with USPS mail. The Urban Blossom Tea Co does not ship internationally at this time. Orders may take 2-3 days to be filled, and are then shipped. 

>>You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has shipped 

Returns:

>>If you are unhappy with your product, (that makes us sad, we don't want you to be!) please send info to support@theurbanblossomteaco.com. With that being said, please continue to read 

 

I hope that you can understand, with being a small business and the nature of the products, I am not able to accept a return under the condition that you do not like it. Taste, smell, etc..

I ask that you please contact me with any questions you may have before ordering, so that you are in full understanding the product you will be receiving!

 

So.. Can I return a product?

Yes! But there are some guidelines

>The product must be unopened

>I ask that you contact me within 1 day of receiving your package

>You cover the cost of return shipping

While I hope they do not occur, I do understand there are certain situations.

When there is an error on our end, I can promise you we will be sure to make it right.
